this is the - without prejudice- possibly in Blacks Law Dictionary or the such there is further definition of -with prejudice- ; oh and what Uncle Clif was referring to regarding 1938;

You have clarified some very important points in this post. Although, I do live in a manner to avoid ever needing to go to a court room, your wisdom here shines. I am going to study this a bit further.

I'm trying to develop a proper approach to establishing a side door for the court system to show respect for individual sovereignty, or what is known as Sui Juris.

According to the concept of "Constitutor" -(power to reconvey a debt to a third party) To exclude one's self from unwanted obligations, there seems a need to assert an element of primacy of consent. --- In this post you have caught me up to speed in a major way.

Most people would not know that "without prejudice" means to have zero obligation to assent to perform on a contract, they did not agree to be a party to.

I will study further to deepen my comprehension. I really appreciate your work. ---- Nef
